The Baxsaa Co. Refund Policy

1. In the event that we have provided you with a sample based on your specific requirements, including any requested modifications, and you express dissatisfaction with the subsequent price change, we regret to inform you that no refunds will be issued in such cases.
2. Your order remains active in our system for a period exceeding 15 days, we are unable to offer refunds. It is important to promptly communicate any concerns or modifications related to your order to avoid inconveniences.
3. We offer two types of samples: an initial sample based on your requirements, and a final product sample limited to 2. If Client opts for the final product sample, it is important to note that no refund will be granted if you express dissatisfaction with the sample provided. (Alike
the sample is 90% similar to the final product sample)
4. Once an order has entered the production phase, it signifies that significant resources and efforts have been allocated towards its completion. Consequently, the client will be held liable for the full payment of the order amount.
5. If a client has a warehouse order and has confirmed the sample for final production, but subsequently requires artwork changes/Dimension/structural change for any batch, please be aware that a base price of INR 5000 will be charged per change. It is important to note that no refunds will be issued for such design changes
